The results of an independent review into Gibraltar's Financial Services Commission (FSC) were published by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office on 20 January 2005.The review was originally requested by the FSC to examine its supervisory activities in areas covered by EU Directives, notably in banking, insurance and investment services.
