These directives relate to: doorstep selling; package travel; unfair contract terms; timeshare; distance selling; unit prices; injunctions; sale of goods and associated guarantees. The second part of the report comprises a comparative review of the eiqht directives. The third and final part contains recommendations for simplification and rationalisation of the acquis based on the analysis undertaken in the first two parts.
