Report on the role of the European Court of Auditors: Presentation

The Committee discussed the report from the advisory group on the role of the European Court of Auditors. The terms of reference of this advisory group were to consider the role of the European Court of Auditors, in particular its capacity to fulfil its functions and to efficiently and effectively discharge its responsibilities, taking into account the needs of a Union of up to 25 or more member states, and to report its findings to the Joint Committee on European Affairs.
