Report from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council on the implementation of Decision No 1297/2008/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on a programme for the modernisation of European enterprise and trade statistics (MEETS)

This is the fourth and final report on the implementation of a Programme for the Modernisation of European Enterprise and Trade Statistics (MEETS). Three reports have been published, covering the annual work programmes 2009 and 2010, 2011 and 2012. This report gives a final assessment of the implementation of the MEETS programme.

All MEETS activities have been in line with the strategy set out in the Communication of 10 August 2009 from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council on the production method of EU statistics: a vision for the next decade.
