Refugee Crisis: Europe Must Find a Humane and Dignified Response

The lack of proper European migration policies has translated into dangerous journeys to get around abrupt border closures, inadequate reception condition, and widespread confusion. Put simply, the relocation and asylum and reception system is not working.
