Reaction of EU’s High Representative for Foreign Policy to nuclear test undertaken by DPRK

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Policy reacted on 9 September 2016 to the nuclear test carried out by North Korea (DPRK).

It was seen as a direct violation of the DPRK's international obligations not to produce or test nuclear weapons, as determined by multiple United Nations Security Council Resolutions.
