The Annual Report 2005 of the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) covers developments for the year 2004 concerning the occurrence of, and responses to, racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism and anti-Muslim manifestations in the 25 EU Member States. It looks at the evidence of discrimination in employment, housing and education, as well as racist crime data, and at measures being taken to combat this. Please note that the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) was replaced by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in 2007. |
