Trends, obstacles and drivers in the transition to a digital era are identified and provide a basis for a set of recommendations. The analysis covers the whole EU, supported by more in-depth analyses of seven Member States: Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. |
