Summary:Council Recommendation - adopted by the Council of the European Union on 28 November 2022 - focusing on early school leaving and low achievement in basic skills. The draft text was adopted by the European Commission on 30 June 2022. It follows up on the assessment concerning the implementation of a previous Council Recommendation addressing school leaving, which it sought to repeal and replace. It was adopted by the Council of the European Union on 28 November 2022 and published in the Official Journal on 9 December 2022. |
