Proposal for a Council Decision on the position to be adopted at the International Maritime Organization during the 40th session of the Facilitation Committee, the 69th session of the Marine Environment Protection Committee and the 96th session of the Maritime Safety Committee

The present proposal concerns the establishment of the Union position at the 40th session of the IMO's Facilitation Committee (FAL 40), the 69th session of the IMO's Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC 69) and the 96th session of the IMO's Maritime Safety Committee (MSC 96) in relation to the adoption of amendments to the Facilitation Convention MARPOL Annex IV, SOLAS Regulations II-2/13 and II-2/18, the Fire Safety Systems Code and the 2011 Enhanced Survey Programme Code.
