Spain's Stability Programme 2002-2006, approved by the Council of Ministers on 20 December 2002, showed that the Spanish economy would grow by three per cent in 2003. A similar predicted rate of growth for the following three years showed that the Spanish economy was continuing to converge with that of the EU, in spite of the international economic downturn. |
