Pro-euro campaigners face difficult task to win support for single currency, says report

A report published on 23 January 2003 by the (UK) Foreign Policy Centre reveals that strong public backing for euro membership is unlikely to emerge for the foreseeable future unless there is a vigorous campaign for entry.
