Press Release: To boost transparency, roll-call votes in committee to show how MEPs vote

A large majority of MEPs voted on the 26 February 2014 in Strasbourg to increase transparency in the committee level decision-making process.

MEPs agreed to take their final votes in committee by roll call, a system that records the names of the MEPs who voted and how they voted.
