The Seat Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) was signed in Ljubljana on 26 November 2010. The Agreement governs the relationship between the Slovenian Government and ACER, which will establish itself in Ljubljana early in 2011, ahead of it becoming formally operational on 3 March 2011. |
