On 20 November 2015, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice‑President of the Commission, Federica Mogherini, visited N'Djamena in Chad to discuss bilateral cooperation with the Government and the regional partnership at the 3rd ‘Sahel G5’ summit.
