Press Release: The European Commission approves additional amount of EUR 85 million in support for the Palestinian people in 2011

The European Commission decided in May 2011 to provide an additional financial package worth €85m for the occupied Palestinian territory under the 2011 budget. This would come in addition to the €100m already approved from European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument.
