The Scottish Education Secretary, Michael Russell, led the first ever Scottish delegation to the EHEA Bologna Process Conference in Bucharest, Romania, on 26 April 2012, where education leaders from 47 countries agreed shared priorities for higher education for the next three years. Mr Russell said afterwards, that the communiqué agreed at the Summit reinforces Scotland’s commitment to keep access to university free. |
