Press Release: Statement by the Spokesperson of High Representative Catherine Ashton on the latest spate of attacks in Iraq

In her statement on 5 July 2013, EU High Representative Catherine Ashton condemned the spate of attacks that took place in Iraq, leaving an alarming number of casualties. She expressed her concern over the continued violence in Iraq and she urged Iraq's political leaders to unite to create a strong front against all forms of violence.
