In her statement on 12 August 2013 EU High Representative Catherine Ashton strongly condemned the series of terrorist attacks that had taken place in Iraq in August 2013. She called on all political, religious and community leaders to increase their efforts to end violence and to do their utmost to improve security in the country. |
