Press Release: Social dialogue crucial for improving working conditions

Social partners and social dialogue have a key role to play in helping to improve working conditions in Europe, according to new research from the Europea Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound). A report entitled 'Working conditions and social dialogue: National frameworks, empirical evidence and experience of good practice at enterprise level in six European countries' (Sweden, Germany, Austria, France, Spain and the Czech Republic) was presented at a conference held in Prague from 22-23 June 2009.
