Press Release: Smith calls for greater EU support for the dairy sector

The Irish Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Brendan Smith, spoke to the EU Agriculture Commissioner, Mariann Fischer Boel, at the end of February 2009, to emphasise once again his continued concern for the current state of the dairy market and to press for the immediate activation of all forms of market support.
