Press Release: Signing of the EC-Japan customs cooperation agreement

The agreement between the Government of Japan and the European Community on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters was signed today in the premises of the Council of Ministers in Brussels, between Mr. Igor Senčar, Slovenian Permanent Representative to the EU and chairman of the Permanent Representatives Committee, Mr. Takekazu Kawamura, Ambassador of the Mission of Japan to the EU, and
Mr. Hervé Jouanjean, Deputy Secretary General of the European Commission.
