Press Release: Romania: Romanian Government approved the draft Law on the prevention and fighting against money laundering

By elaborating this draft of normative act, it is aimed at adapting the Romanian legislation in the field of fighting against money laundering and financing the terrorism at the acquis communuataire, especially at the Directive n. 2001/97/EC of the European Parliament and the European Council from 04 December 2001 on the prevention of using the financial system for the money laundering
