Three associations representing young people joined forces Saturday 25 October 2003 to launch the first European accident-free night in four EU Member States (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands). This pan-European initiative designed to make 18-25 year olds more aware of road safety and co-financed by the Commission is based on a massive communication campaign aimed at young people in discos and educational establishments. |
