Press Release: Public procurement: Commission requests information on Greece’s compliance with Court of Justice judgment

The European Commission decided to ask the Greek Government for information on the measures taken to comply with the judgment delivered by the Court of Justice of the European Communities on 18 December 2007 (C-481/06). The judgment concerns the compliance of Greek rules allowing use of the negotiated procedure without a prior invitation to tender for public supply contracts relating to certain medical equipment.
