The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), on 21 February 2011, published proposals to identify seven chemicals as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and possible candidates for authorisation. In addition, an amendment to one substance already on the Candidate List was proposed. Interested parties were invited to comment on the proposals by 7 April 2011. |
