The European Chemicals Agency (EHCA), on 21 November 2008, again reminded companies that REACH-IT was the only means for companies to submit valid pre-regisrations of chemical substances and that the pre-registration deadline of 1 December 2008, set out in the REACH Regulation, could not be extended. |
