The European Ombudsman has considered a complaint from Germany that the fact that the Council of the European Union did not ensure that information on Presidency websites were available in German, as well as French and English, constituted maladministration. The Ombudsman has called on the Council to consider the complainant's request that the internet presentations of the Presidencies should be made available in German as well. |
