Press Release: Nitrates – Government rejects cover crops option and will seek derogation on load limit

The UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), on 21 July 2008, responded to the consultation it had carried out on the implementation of the Nitrates Directive in England from August to December 2007.
