The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) is an independent office of the United Kingdom Treasury. Updated regulations, which implement the new EU Public Sector and Utilities Sector Directives, came into force in England and Wales on 31 January 2006. The Regulations (Public Contracts Regulations 2006 - SI 2006/5 and Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 - SI 2006/6) implement EU directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC. |
