The Irish Minister for Agriculture and Food, Joe Walsh, on 14 October 2003, welcomed the publication of FAPRI-Ireland's study of the effects of the provisions of the CAP Mid-Term Review Agreement on Agriculture. The study is entitled 'The Luxembourg CAP reform agreement: Analysis of the impact on EU and Irish agriculture'. The FAPRI-Ireland Partnership was founded in 1997. The research partners are Teagasc, which is The Irish Agriculture and Food Development Authority, and five Irish Universities.
