Press Release: Minister Cullen announces extension of electronic voting and counting for Nice referendum

On 6 August 2002, Martin Cullen, Ireland's Minister for the Environment and Local Government, announced the extension of the use of electronic voting and electronic vote counting to a further four constituencies at the forthcoming referendum on the Nice Treaty. The four new constituencies are Dublin Mid-West, Dublin South, Dublin South West and Dun Laoghaire.
