Press Release: Minister announces publication of consultation paper on new transport regulation

The Irish Minister for Agriculture and Food, Mary Coughlan, on 5 October 2005, announced the publication of a consultation paper on a Council Regulation on the protection of animals during transport and related operations (Council Regulation No.1/2005).
