The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the planned acquisition of the US aerospace spare parts distributor Aviall Inc. by the US aircraft manufacturer the Boeing Company (Boeing). The Commission has concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or a significant part of it. |
