The European Commission on 5 July 2005 cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the German company Xtra Print Holding Gmbh ('Xtra Print') by the German company Continental AG ('Continental'). After examining the operation, the Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the EEA or any substantial part of it. |
