The European Parliament's plenary session approved on 21 January 2016 the results of the review of reforms' progress in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Members of the parliament pointed out that, a year after their association and free trade agreements (AA/DCFTAs) were ratified by these countries and the European Union, there were reforms tasks remaining for each of them and took note of the referendum taking place in the Netherlands on 6 April 2016 regarding the agreement between Ukraine and the EU. MEPs also insisted that Russia should end its direct or indirect involvement in conflicts and internal tensions within these three countries. |
