Press Release: Mediterranean countries and EU enhance industrial co-operation

A policy agenda to promote investment, innovation, access to finance and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the European Union and 12 south-east Mediterranean countries was drawn up at a meeting of the Working Group on Euro-Mediterranean Industrial Co-operation in Rome on 2 and 3 October 2003.
