Press Release: Many business failures and insolvencies could be avoided

The European Commission hosted a Conference on Insolvency and Fresh Start in Brussels on 28 March 2006. The purpose of the Conference was to learn from and discuss initiatives focused on preventing business failures and promoting a fresh start subsequent to non-fraudulent failure.
