Press Release: Loyola de Palacio reaffirms the need for an agreement on ‘open skies’ between Europe and the United States

Following the European Court of Justice's decision on 31 January 2002 on the 'open skies' case Loyola de Palacio, vice-president of the European Commission and responsible for energy and transport has underlined the importance of the conclusions which reaffirm the principle of non-discrimination.
