The Court in part allows the appeals in the cases concerning the cartel on the gas insulated switchgear market. The Court restores the fine originally imposed by the Commission on Schneider, SEHV and Magrini and alters the allocation of the fines for which Areva T & D SA and its successive parent
companies were held jointly and severally liable.
