Press Release: Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the CFSP, met Branko Crvenkovski, President of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia

President Crvenkovski's term of office is ending in May 2009. The High Representative expressed his appreciation for Branko Crvenkovski with whom he has worked for over 10 years, not least during difficult times. He thanked the outgoing President for all his efforts and in particular for the manner he has worked in getting his country closer to the EU.
