Well-educated men and women in the 25-34 age group from Latvia and Lithuania are four times more likely to migrate to another EU Member State than equally well-educated men and women in the same age group from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia, according to new findings from research from the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. |
