Press Release: ‘HELP – For a life without tobacco’: Commissioners breath tested for carbon monoxide

The European Commission launched the next phase of its anti-smoking campaign on 29 March 2006 by a public testing of carbon monoxide levels in the blood of several European Commissioners.
