The High Level Group on Innovation and Provision of Medicines met on 7 May 2002 to formally hand its report on G10 medicines to Romano Prodi, President of the European Commission, and publicly launch the report at the same time. The Report sets out 14 Recommendations as a framework for further action at both EU and Member States' level to improve the competitiveness of the European-based pharmaceutical industry in line with achieving EU public health and social objectives. |
