Press Release: Freedom of establishment and freedom to supply services: closure of a number of infringement proceedings

Following amendments to contested national legislation, the European Commission decided to close a number of infringement proceedings concerning restrictions relating to hydroelectricity concessions in France, artificial bovine insemination in Germany, organic farming in Austria, retail stores in Poland, Premium Bonds in Ireland and television services in France.
