Press Release: Food and drink success story

Speaking at the National Farmers Union Scotland AGM in St Andrews, Scotland, on 15 February 2011, the Scottish Rural Affairs Secretary, Richard Lochhead, spoke about the success of Scotland's food and drink sector and argued that Scotland and the other devolved administrations should henceforce be inclulded in vital CAP negotiations.
