Press Release: Financial services: Commission refers Poland to the Court of Justice of the EU for failing to implement EU rules on Deposit Guarantee Schemes

The European Commission decided on 26 May 2016 to refer Poland to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to correctly implement the Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive (DGSD, Directive 2014/49/EU).
