Press Release: Farm prices package 2000/2001

The European Commission adopted on 23 February 2000 he farm prices package for 2000/2001. It largely amounts to a roll over of existing arrangements, except for some minor technical adjustments. As a result of the Agenda 2000 decisions and the reforms of the common market organisations (CMOs), the yearly fixing of institutional prices and amounts affects only a few sectors.
