The European Union announced, on 30 March 2005, that it would completely rebuild a key border crossing on a major highway linking Serbia's capital, Belgrade, with Zagreb - the capital of neighbouring Croatia. The €5 million project, financed by the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) is expected to be finished in mid-2006. |
