Press Release: EU Commissioner: Turin is the perfect setting for the ETF

The new EU Commissioner for Education and Training, Ján Figel, visited the European Training Foundation (ETF) in Turin on 18 February 2005 and met the ETF Director, Muriel Dunbar. The Commissioner underlined the fact that education and training must play an increasingly important role in the EU's relations with its neighbours, and that the EU and the European Commission would need continuing guidance and advice from the ETF in this respect.
